When will my order ship?

Items are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days.

When will I be able to track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to the email provided once the item has shipped.

How long would it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 1-4 business days for items to be processed and shipped.

What should I do if I have not received an email confirmation after placing an order?

What do I do if I placed an order with the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at hello@cielobeautyofficial.com so we may update your shipping information. Shipping information may be updated as long as your order has not been shipped yet. After it has shipped, we no longer can update the address and you would have to contact USPS.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Should there be any issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
